Articulation is a planned process linking educational institutions and experiences to assist students in making a smooth transition from one level of education to another without experiencing delays or duplication in learning.

Tech Prep articulates with Vernon College at all four campuses: Main Campus in Vernon; Century City Campus, Wichita Falls; Skills Center, Wichita Falls; and the Sheppard Learning Center, Sheppard Air Force Base.College level Tech Prep courses are taught at the high school level. After meeting various criteria as stated in the articulation agreement, students may articulate those high school courses into college credit (up to 15 semester hours) through enrollment in Tech Prep programs at Vernon College.
