The featured speaker was Mark Kincaid from Austin, TX. His presentation was called, "You Gotta Believe!" Mark Kincaid said, "I believe. Do you? No, do you really really believe? As educators, we have the most important jobs in the nation. We are the heart and soul of progress. With all of the budget difficulties, increased expectations and school bashing, it is so easy to become discouraged. Let's spend some time together talking about the good things because, YOU GOTTA BELIEVE!!
The luncheon speaker was Judge Janice Sons. Janice Ralston Sons has been making audiences laugh for over a decade. She entertains groups throughout Texas and Oklahoma with her special way of making people laugh at them. Janice is an elected official in Wichita County. Janice's philosophy is "in today's world with the stress of job, family, and community, we must seize a few laughs when we can."
